Miley Cyrus and actress pal Ashley Tisdale (accompanied by Ashley’s momager Lisa) hit up Beverly Hills for a summer Sunday afternoon of shopping.The Disney stars were all smiles as they strolled the sidewalk together. Both Miley, 15, and Ashley, 23, were happy to pose for photos with fans (and paparazzi!).
