Paris Hilton looks sky high in sky blue with matching sunglasses, handbag and floral dress shopping in West Hollywood on Thursday.Paris‘ 18-year old brother Barron isn’t doing so well, as he was charged on Thursday with four misdemeanor counts from his Feb. 12 arrest on suspicion of drunken driving. Charges include being an unlicensed driver and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
